Note...any song that appeared on Kickradio during the past year would be considered a top 40 song for our purposes. For 2008 new standards will be applied incrementally on the charting system so only those who actually appear on the Top 40 Show will be Top 40.

I just thought I was doing the right thing here but heck, No biggie to me man! I don't think I could remember all of my tracks that were played on Kick Radio - I know it was most likely all of them or more ..... but I don't see my name on that list. Too old, crusty, nasty, crude and mean to make them big list ya' know!

Anyway, just let me know, ok!

Hi Doc and Faris --

Just to clarify, I believe Faris was referring just moderating those who might join this group that he started. The criteria for what we consider to be "top 40" for 2007 would be anyone who was played on Kickradio during last year (we only selected 8 to 13 songs each show). This year once we release the new format one has to appear on the Top 40 Show itself. So yes, DOC was played last year so he is a Top 40 member. There are members on this site who have not yet appeared on the Kickradio Show and I am sure that this is what Faris was referring to....
